3. Ordering and Payment

4. Creation Timeframes

Our bespoke creations are made to order rather than mass-produced.

Custom Crystal Grids generally require approximately 7–14 business days for creation before dispatch.

Timeframes for other bespoke commissions may vary depending on the complexity of the work, material availability and agreed design.

We will communicate significant anticipated delays and discuss the available options with you.

Shipping and delivery times are additional to the creation period.

5. Shipping and International Orders

We offer shipping to supported destinations as displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges vary according to the available destination and delivery options. Orders will be packaged with consideration for the protection of natural crystals and handcrafted components.

International shipments may be subject to customs requirements, import duties or local taxes. Whether these charges are included, prepaid or payable separately will depend on the destination and applicable shipping arrangements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and notifying us promptly of any errors.

If an order is delayed, damaged or not received, please contact us so the matter can be investigated and any applicable consumer rights addressed.
